"Oops try again later" is always shown.

This is a handy app especially if you are travelling a lot or you dont know the language of the country you are in. Unfortunately only major airports are listed although there will be a greater need for this when you travel from smaller local airports where the signs are only in local language. There are only a few comments from the users about restaurants and shops which is a pity because the tips come very handy when you are in a foreign country. Overall its a nice app.

Airport online flight board does not work. Mistake message is appeared. Please fix this bug.

The servive is good and effective

it does not track the minor flights, so it actually give no help in those cases.

Came to Gordon Biersch salt lake gate 1 on recommendation from others on Gate Guru. Disappointed. Garlic fries lukewarm and rubbery; music overly loud.

App was supposed to provide updates on security line wait times. Ends up being one big ad and sales pitch - would not recommend this app to anyone!! Such a waste of time try Miflight app

Needed to find some food at OHare. The place we went was rated the best in terminal 1. My chicken Caesar wrap had no dressing and made bland taste good. My wifes salad was the same. Bland. Spend close to $30 for a bad meal. Our flight was delayed, so we ventured into the food court and had good food that was reasonably priced. Not one place in the food court was listed by Gate Guru. Gate Guru is now a no show. Dont trust it. Too bad, it used to be a great resource.

This is a total waste of time - all I wanted was to find my gate number - apparently this app is not able to do that.

As a major airline pilot, I am go through multiple airports daily. Sometimes turn times are tight and I may not remember what food opportunities are near our gates. This little app meets that need nicely.

I just started using the app, and its worked for my so far. Would love it if they had an icon by restaurants that served alcohol, or the ability to filter on it

Maps of airport do not specify which airlines use which terminal, rendering the maps next to useless. Tips from flyers have the date but not the year so you have no idea whats current.

I have yet to be able to pull up the app and get gate information. It keeps telling me to try again. Deleted app and reinstalled. Didnt help. I am getting push notifications. Every one comes through four (4!) times.

This is the only message I ever get. The app, on both my iPhone and iPad are useless. Too bad.

As far as I can tell this app is no different from others in terms of flight status and airport delays. So if it has no advantage in this area then it must have insight into airports that actually makes travel easier. The tips for airports are people whining because their flight was delayed which is not really helpful to anyone but the unfortunate people who used it as a therapy session. I guess I will do what I always do when technology fails I will talk to a human in the airport and ask where the best food is located or the car rental bus is.

It works great. Gate changes show up on this app be for the airline app.

I wanted this to be useful but never really brought anything new to the table. Now there is a constant error message in red on top and doesnt tell me whats wrong and cant get rid of it.

Its very easy to add flights and build an itinerary, and the interface works well, but the app isnt able to acquire scheduled gate and terminal information; if you like to see that along with your departure times, etc. , youll probably want to use a different app.
