GateGuru, Airport Info & Flight Status App Reviews

I used this app for gate and basic airport information for 7 recent flights... The app did exactly what I expected - accurate and easy to access airline travel necessities. It had all the airport codes I needed (used the search tool to find some of them) No complaints here!

Please remove the advertisement. Please add your contact info inside the app so that people can send you feedback. Please add print feature. Please add share via iMessage, Mail, and Facebook. I checked many cities and thee gates number shows as question mark. Please add airlines phone number and website. Please add baggage allowance and fees for each airlines.

Accuate and performs well

Many of my upcoming flights are not in their data base or they are incorrect. How can I trust them to accurately give me the correct gate info if they cant get this right?

I had two flights on the same day; the first one didnt notify me of the delay until I was finally boarding. The second one didnt have ANY information until I arrived at Calgary airport, never indicated the delayed departure but had my delayed arrival time, never showed my departure gate, and never showed trip time. The last version of the app was far better. This one was useless and I got better, faster information via my airlines Twitter account. Deleting the app after posting this review.

Do not do much and what it suppose to do it does not do it well. Inever receive the gate number ever even after landing in Miami. Use something else.

Cant add 2nd flight to a trip. Asked for help - no response.

Outdated maps, incomplete listings, lots of missing features. There isnt even a "locate me" feature to display where you are on the airport map. Lots of bugs and error message. Cant check in on Facebook. Cant add missing restaurants to the directory. The developers never get back to me when I write in about bugs. This app is just garbage clutter you really dont need on your phone.

The app rarely works (frequent "Oops" messages). It does not use the actual gate numbers at YYZ, it uses a three digit code while the airport use a letter and two digits. The app is not worth the screen space its icon takes up. Ive been trying to see value in if for over a year but it continues to be a total disappointment.

Accidentally used the wrong date on my second flight segment, no way to change it. Will NOT delete! P.O.C.! How can this be a"top 5 travel app"??

Used to work but now crashes every time I try to open it. iOS 7

Dont get excited when you find "All Airports" tab in the apps main screen. This app only lists major, and I mean MAJOR, airports and only in randomly selected countries. Useless.

I travel a lot. This app used to work, marginally better than it does now. It often gives me error message: "Oops, something went wrong. Try again" I am a subscribed member of Tripit. Im running version 9.2.1 on my iPhone. Dont know what the problem is but I dont rely on it.

I looked for the Pet Zone at Torontos Pearson Airport and it didnt have it!! I had to Google it as I knew there is one! Found it in Google. So cant trust this app

Please expand Gateguru or make Airportguru. The data is all out there, but a one stop app would be great. It would also allow your users to write airport reviews. Tripadvisor does not currently allow you to post airport reviews.

I like it for keeping track of my travel info on a trip. I dont use it for much more than that. It works for me.

First five airports I searched came back: "limited data" Therefore totally useless for me. Your results may be better.

No amenities listed for terminal serving United, Westjet and Allegiant. Had awesome milkshake at Shulas Bar (aka Don Shula!). Come on Gate Guru updates arent that difficult. Also had terrific beer and burger at Archibald Microbrasserie in Trudeau (Montreal) Airport - again not listed.

Fine not very automated. Should have a way to link to tickets better.

Handy app, looks great. It lost my stored flights once, then I created a sync account and it doubled up the flights...
