This app just took my vote for the best app of 2012. Wow

I have used this app for years, and my travel companions were always impressed that I can tell them where the nearest lounge or shoeshine is located. I have another app from my corporate travel agent that loads my itinerary automatically so it makes no sense for me to put it here, and I wouldnt send my confirmation email to this service as it contains confidential information. So sad that one of my favourite apps is now useless to me.

I would like to see better information on gate location. It would be nice to know the gate location at your finger tips. Perhaps it could be integrated into the terminal map. A count time clock with time to departure would be helpful in planning washroom breaks and meals while waiting to depart from the terminal.

I have preface this with the fact that I have yet to fly using the app so until that time I cannot rate the full function of the app But as it stands the apps runs very slowly and seems to always be pulling information down to the app. Before the recent updates I had numerous issues getting my information Ito the app, to their credit the support staff was quick to respond. Even with this issue it really seemed like the real problem was slow processing. I look forward to using this when I take my next trip. Good design too!

I use this app all the time. I fly often, and always check my departure times before I head to the airport. When I have family/friends come and visit, I input their flights to ensure I have their flight details right at my fingertips. Definitely recommended :)

Looks good so far. We leave in two days and are much better informed than on any other trip.

Once again a key feature has been removed. You used to be able to check flight status just by entering the flight number. The feature is gone. I thought the developers learned from the user outrage the last time this happened. Time to start looking for a new app.

Useless, does not cover all the airports. In Europe for example it covers only the major. Unable to plot ones trip if includes airports which are not in its data base. Generally useless. Nothing good to say.

New version looks more polished than the previous one. One beef I have is that although the Fort McMurray airport (YMM) is an available option when entering a trip booking, it is not listed as an available airport in the rest of the app so I can not check in on arrival or departure, nor can I write reviews.

Looking at it now, todays trip is missing, as is the next one. It just doesnt seem to do anything reliably and cannot be the go to app unless that changes.

This is an essential app for anyone traveling. Beautifully and artfully designed; clean and simple, its ridiculously easy to use! A must-have.

So many missing airports, and or so many where they have an airport but you cant check in, even if the airport has a four square listing. I like the travel stats, but I can never use but so rarely can I check on both airports! The tracking of flights is good , especially if you are a regular. Needs a lot of work! Good be a great app if the starring taking peoples review comments seriously ... Since 2010!. This app is horrible if you travel a lot internationally or to smaller regional airports.

When I first read what this app was about I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Using it together with TripIt, it would be almost the same as TripCase but GateGuru gave tips on airports, maps, etc. Well, downloaded the app, signed on, etc. My full itinerary is on TripIt and there is an option to connect directly…well…Im still waiting for the sync from one to the other…and since I hate cluttering my phone and iPad with apps I wont use because either they dont work or they dont do what I need them to do, this is one going in the trash bin. Too bad, it seemed like an excellent idea
